About Us

The Foundation
B.U.D.S. Media was founded in February of 1999 out of a desire to create a presence that closely represented our ideals and integrity. B.U.D.S. stands for "Brothas Unda Da Skin", although written as slang the acronym represents an ideal world in which all people regardless of race, religion, sex, or creed can unite to become a family.

The Start
Our presence started as a few small web sites, which attracted a large audience of men and woman ages 13-35. While working with many different ad networks BUDS Media, saw the need for a new network which could change the way publishers and marketers viewed online advertising. Previously publishers saw networks as ways of bringing in large campaign dollars to their sites regardless of the quality and performance those campaigns generated. While advertisers, similarly thought to spread campaigns across many sites just to “milk” more ad dollars out of marketers without caring about the conversion levels they were seeing. This posed problems for networks and advertisers as many campaigns DO NOT convert on just any site, leaving frustrated advertisers and publishers with lower and lower paying campaigns month after month.

Our Focus
BUDS Media realized the importance of online advertising and saw the money we were able to generate by maximizing and controlling our own ad impressions. Now we bring that service to you. We guarantee we will work closely with marketers and publishers to ensure quality and returns for your investments and hard work. By using high quality optimization technology from Accipiter and our own robust knowledge of the Internet and its user base, we will be able to ensure your campaigns get the branding and conversions they deserve. In turn, publishers will receive only high quality converting campaigns which keep marketers paying them top dollar for their space on a constant basis.

Our Goals
BUDS Media’s goals are to create a network where publishers and advertisers can come to generate revenue across all streams of online advertising. At present we have our advertising network, where advertisers can purchase traffic based on cpm or cpc, and our affiliate network where advertisers can place their campaigns on a per lead or sale basis. We are also currently building up our other properties which include a proprietary search engine at www.anquiro.com, our freebie/search toolbar, and many more top notch services.
